Christine attained her BFA at the University of Utah in 2005, where she was a National Research Fellow. In 2010 she received her MFA from Indiana University, where she became an associate professor. During her professional career, Christine has participated in numerous residencies and visiting artist programs, such as Penland School of Arts, Vermont Studio Center, and LH Project. For over 20 years, Christine acquired an eclectic teaching experience through classes and workshops taught at Universities and community centers throughout the country. Christine received the Zanesville Prize for Contemporary Ceramics, and has curatorial experience with galleries and museums. She has exhibited her artwork at venues like the Fort Collins Museum of Contemporary Art, Mesa Contemporary Art Museum, and the Burchfield Penney Art Center, NY. Art making has continued to be an integral part of her life, after a brief hiatus to create her family, Christine has begun teaching and exhibiting again.
